Spinning Mill Barrel Project Series No. 008 is a bold Imperial Stout aged in Appleton Dark Rum barrels, with a unique flavour profile.
Fresh apple, sweet raisin, and dark treacle are the standout notes, each enhanced by the rum barrel aging. The crispness of the apple contrasts beautifully with the dried fruit richness of raisin, while the treacle adds deep, molasses-like sweetness.
